St Richard’s Primary School strongly believes that Physical Education has a fundamental role to play in the development of the whole child. It provides the foundations for a healthy lifestyle, promotes self-esteem, fosters good behaviour and allows children to develop their understanding of co-operation, fairness and respect for others through active participation.
